Location Tracking
Our Pro Apps uses location information only to provide routing, navigation, package tracking, and proof of delivery services.
We collect location data while a delivery is in progress to enable turn-by-turn navigation, route optimization, delivery status updates, and operational support.
To protect your privacy, temporary location history and navigation data are automatically deleted after 10 days. The only location information retained beyond this period is the GPS coordinate associated with a completed delivery. This information is stored as part of the delivery record to verify the delivery location, provide proof of delivery, assist with customer support, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal or business recordkeeping requirements.
We do not retain continuous historical location data longer than necessary to operate our service, and we limit collection and retention of location information to what is reasonably required for the purposes described above.
Location information is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption during transmission and access controls that limit who can view the data.
Deleting Your account
If you ever wish to request the deletion of your account, please know that your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We value your trust and are committed to respecting your choices. Upon receiving your request, we will gladly proceed to remove all of your personal information that is not directly connected to an order.
